Festival Director

Rhoda Wilson is the Festival Director of the Christmas Spirit Film Festival and an established filmmaker and creative producer.

Her work centres on storytelling, community-led cinema, and international collaboration, with a strong focus on projects that reflect cultural identity and social connection. Through her leadership, the festival aims to provide a professional platform for festive storytelling while supporting emerging and independent filmmakers from around the world.

Meet The Team

Festival Technician

Anthony Kerr is the Technical Lead for the Christmas Spirit Film Festival, overseeing all screening and playback operations across the festival.

With over 17 years’ experience in cinema exhibition and digital cinema mastering, Anthony is responsible for film delivery, quality control, playlist preparation, and live playback, ensuring every film is presented exactly as the filmmaker intended. He works closely with programmers, venues, and creatives to maintain smooth, reliable screenings throughout the festival.

His background includes work on major premieres and festivals across London’s West End, with experience supporting projects for the BFI London Film Festival, BAFTA, AMPAS, and major studios. He brings this depth of technical expertise to the festival to deliver a professional, stress-free screening experience for both filmmakers and audiences.

Anthony Kerr

Festival Manager

With over 20 years’ professional experience, Natesha Coke leads the operational delivery of the Christmas Spirit Film Festival.

She is the Manager and Engagement Lead for the festival, responsible for overseeing logistics, scheduling, supplier coordination, event management, and oversight of the festival’s FilmFreeway submission process.

Her role includes managing key supplier relationships and coordinating events, including the official festival afterparty, as well as supporting communications with filmmakers and audiences. Working closely with the festival team, she ensures that all events and submission processes are delivered smoothly, professionally, and to a high standard.

Natesha Coke

Festival Consultant

Ajifowoke Kazeem Dayo is an award-winning Nigerian filmmaker, producer, distributor, and international film jury member with over a decade of experience championing African cinema globally.

He is the Founder of Face of Africa Media Concept, a production and distribution company established in 2014, focused on socially relevant storytelling exploring African identity, culture, and lived experience. His debut feature May 29 (2019) won multiple international awards, including Best Film and Best Directing at Zuma International Film Festival, and Best Feature Production at Phare International Film Festival.

His second feature, Depth of Us (2024), won Best Nollywood Film at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival and has screened internationally across Africa, Europe, and North America. His films have been licensed for Emirates Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Qatar Airways, and multiple global streaming platforms.

Ajifowoke has also served as a jury member for international film festivals including Waterloo Film Festival (South Africa), REFFA Awards (Ghana), and Earth Stories Film Festival (UK), reflecting strong professional trust in his industry judgment.
